What to expect when working with me.
Each project starts with a one-on-one consultation. This can be done online or in person over a cup of coffee.
After the consultation, I write up an estimate and pinpoint what exactly I will be working on.
An estimate and contract are then sent for the client to review and sign. Once all parties are in agreement and all necessary documents are signed, the project work is ready to begin.
To make sure everyone is on the same page, I keep clients updated on how the work is progressing through snapshots of sketches, mood boards, etc.
Frequency of checkups is determined by the scale of the project and what stage it is in. Typically check-ins are done weekly unless there is true urgency.
During production, prototyping and revisions are made to refine the final product. I share each step of this process during the process of production.
After each iteration, I review the work and then include possible directions, concerns and progress during a checkup meeting with the client.
Once the project is complete and the client has given written approval of all work done, I will send an invoice.Longer projects will be billed monthly.
I deliver the final product after all payment is made. Although I will show my work though the project I will not give out the full files until completion.
Edits can be made after project delivery but I will have to make a new quote and contract for future work.
In the end, I hope to part ways with a happy client and a great product.
